- È vietato usare i marchi in nomi di dominio, handle social, hashtag, meta-tag, keyword advertising o account che possano creare confusione. — Do not use the marks in domain names, social handles, hashtags, meta-tags, keyword ads, or accounts likely to cause confusion.
- È vietato applicare i marchi su prodotti, merchandising, packaging, interfacce, icone, favicon o watermark senza licenza. — Do not place the marks on products, merchandise, packaging, UIs, icons, favicons, or watermarks without a license.
- È vietato l’uso in pubblicità comparativa denigratoria o fuorviante. — Do not use the marks in disparaging or misleading comparative advertising.
- L’uso è soggetto alle linee guida d’identità visiva IOCCO; l’autorizzazione può essere revocata in qualsiasi momento. — Usage is subject to IOCCO brand guidelines; permissions may be revoked at any time.
- I marchi di terzi citati restano dei rispettivi titolari. — Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
