01 / Industrial Automation
Coordinating interlocks, sequences and transfers allows each station to work in relation to what happens upstream and downstream.
Control logic manages recipes, product availability and machine states, connecting operations to the interface used by the operator.

At product changeover, recipes and parameters recall the required setup. Interlocks between stations regulate progress: a machine receives the product when it is ready to process it.
Alerts and diagnostics identify the affected station and the condition preventing further operation. Recovery procedures guide restart in line with system logic and safety requirements.
02 / Robotics & Handling
From picking to loading into a machine, handling presents the product in the position and orientation required for processing.
Grippers and feeding devices are developed around part geometry, weight, surface and variability.

Picking from a conveyor or storage position, centring or turning the part and loading the station can be linked in a single sequence. Gripping takes delicate surfaces, overall dimensions and available contact points into account.
After processing, the product can be transferred to the next stage, sorted or placed on a carrier. Picking times, trajectories and release are coordinated with the pace of the machines being served.
03 / Assembly & Special Processes
Feeding a component, positioning it and joining it to the product requires a sequence that coordinates surface preparation, application and inspection.
Dedicated stations can integrate assembly, dispensing, bonding and primer application, according to product materials and geometry.

Quantity, path and application points are defined according to the material and operation. The sequence connects any surface preparation to dispensing and component positioning.
Locating fixtures and inspection systems verify component presence and position. The result determines progression to the next stage or fault handling, according to the criteria defined for the product.
04 / Machine Vision & Inspection
Vision provides references to guide an operation and check product characteristics during processing.
Lighting, image acquisition and processing are defined around what needs to be recognised and the decision the machine must make.

Recognising product position and orientation provides references for picking, alignment and subsequent operations. Vision therefore helps manage variability in how the product arrives at the station.
Component presence, position and correct assembly, together with surface or dimensional characteristics, can be inspected. Trials on representative samples help establish inspection reliability. The result can authorise the next step, request a check or route the product for separate handling.
05 / Material Handling & Intralogistics
Conveying, buffering and storage connect production areas, keeping materials and products available for subsequent operations.
The flow takes transfer frequency, dimensions, buffer capacity and material retrieval sequence into account.

When two stations have different cycle times, an intermediate buffer can temporarily manage the mismatch. Transfers and feeding priorities are coordinated with machine availability.
Identifying the product, assigning a location and retrieving it in the required sequence connects storage to production. Handling can serve processing areas, batch preparation and end-of-line operations.

We integrate autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles to connect warehouses, machines and production cells.
IOCCO is an Official System Partner of KUKA.
We select solutions according to the application, also considering platforms from other manufacturers. Loads, layout, production flows and required interfaces guide the choice.
We define loading and unloading points, transfer equipment and signal exchange with PLCs and robotic cells. We coordinate fleet missions with production requests and, where required, with MES or WMS systems.
Fleet sizing, charging, routes and safety are assessed against actual flows and verified against agreed acceptance criteria.
