Expertise and support throughout your plant’s life.
Installation and commissioning
From installation to first production, IOCCO supports plant tuning, functional and safety checks, and performance testing. Initial operator training and the agreed documentation prepare the handover to routine operation.
The team that designed the machine understands how mechanics, electrical systems, controls, software and process interact. Diagnostics may be performed remotely through secure connection applications or dedicated VPNs, or at the customer’s site. Networks configured by IOCCO provide access to the devices supported by the plant architecture; the approach and timing depend on service agreements.
Scheduled and corrective work helps maintain efficiency, quality and safety. Depending on the plant, the maintenance plan includes mechanical and electrical checks, software and firmware updates, lubrication, alignment, calibration and component replacement. Safety-system checks are defined according to the work performed.
IOCCO helps identify components through dedicated spare-parts lists and recommended stock levels. Spare parts and consumables are supplied on request, with compatibility, availability and delivery arrangements checked to help reduce downtime.
Operators, maintenance personnel and safety staff receive practical training to operate the plant and diagnose problems with greater independence. Additional and refresher sessions are available. Documentation included in the supply covers operating and maintenance manuals, technical datasheets and applicable conformity documents.
As products, volumes or requirements change, IOCCO assesses how the existing machine can evolve. Hardware and software updates, controls, vision and automation are defined for the specific application and verified before production resumes.
On equipped systems, telemetry, IoT sensors and vision support diagnostics, parameter monitoring and anomaly detection. Secure remote connections and augmented or virtual reality tools may assist on-site technicians; simulation, digital twins and AI tools are assessed for applications designed to use them. Availability depends on the plant architecture and service agreements.
IOCCO engineers and technicians coordinate activities through a technical and operational point of contact. Maintenance, component reuse where appropriate and upgrades help extend equipment life and reduce waste.
02 / HOW WE WORK
From request to follow-up.
01
Share your request
Identify the machine, site, production status and work required. Codes, photographs and alarm messages help us assess the case.
02
Assess and plan
The technical team reviews the information, agrees on priority and selects remote diagnosis, spare parts or an on-site visit with the customer. Where possible, a temporary solution is agreed while permanent repairs are arranged.
03
Service, testing and restart
After the work, we perform functional tests and the agreed checks before recommissioning. We share the test results and operating guidance.
04
Follow up
We gather customer feedback and, where useful, recommend maintenance, training or upgrades to help prevent further issues.
Request assistance
Describe the plant and its operating status. This information helps us direct your request for commissioning, support, maintenance, spare parts, training or upgrades.
