SUSTAINABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
An improvement journey with EcoVadis
IOCCO participates in the EcoVadis assessment process, which analyses corporate sustainability practices based on documented policies, actions and results.
The assessment covers four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. It provides a reference for identifying improvement priorities and making dialogue with customers and partners across the supply chain more transparent.

From requirements to commissioning.
An agreed scope for design, construction, verification and delivery.
Activities, responsibilities, documents and acceptance criteria are defined for each project. The process adapts to the scope of supply: tooling, a machine, an integration or a complete line.
Requirements and scope of supply
Products, operations, conditions of use and interfaces with other systems form the basis of the discussion. IOCCO’s contribution, site provisions and activities to be carried out by the customer or other suppliers are clarified.
Design and construction
Mechanical, electrical and software design, construction and assembly are coordinated around the agreed functions. Integration considers connections with existing machines and production flows.
Pre-delivery acceptance testing · FAT
Where included, the Factory Acceptance Test verifies agreed functions and requirements at the manufacturer’s premises. Samples, test conditions, acceptance criteria and recording of results are defined for the project.
Installation and on-site verification · SAT
Installation, commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing, where included, verify the system in the customer’s environment. Methods, responsibilities and on-site test conditions are agreed in relation to the plant and production availability.
Documentation and training
Operating and maintenance manuals, technical documentation and verification records form part of the agreed documentation package. Operator and maintenance training supports the planned commissioning and operating activities.
Support and upgrades
Assistance, spare parts and further training are organised around plant needs and service agreements. IOCCO remains the direct point of contact for assessing interventions and future developments.
