Company

IOCCO: industrial engineering, process expertise and an international outlook.

An independent vision since 2010

Founded in 2010 as an independent business, IOCCO has its roots in a family machine-building tradition that began in 1978: expertise spanning almost fifty years of industrial history.

This journey includes the experience of Massimiliano Iocco, gained in the family business from 1994 onwards in machine design and construction. IOCCO was founded on these foundations, with its own identity and a vision focused on innovation and international markets.

Process knowledge guides the development of custom solutions. Working with customers and partners opens up new applications, combining experience, design capability and practical delivery.

Today, Massimiliano Iocco serves as President of the Mechatronics Section of Confindustria Abruzzo Medio Adriatico and participates in the Open Innovation Technical Working Group of Confindustria Nazionale.

Understanding the process to design the system

Understanding a process means knowing the product, operations, variables and criteria that determine its quality.

IOCCO develops machines and industrial automation around these requirements. In Glass, our specialisation includes fragile materials, thermal processes, handling and inspection. Each new application is assessed in its own production conditions.

Based in Abruzzo, with an international outlook

In Cupello, Abruzzo, IOCCO maintains its operational base and connection to a hands-on manufacturing culture. People, design and construction come together here in everyday work.

Our connection with Abruzzo extends to business, university and research networks: digital transformation and aerospace technologies offer opportunities to exchange ideas and explore new applications.

Internationalisation broadens this perspective through engagement with different organisations, requirements and manufacturing cultures.

Vision and openness

Massimiliano Iocco

Founder & General Manager

“I believe in curiosity and the ability to look beyond what we know. Growing IOCCO means engaging with the world, bringing together different skills and making room for ideas. Experience guides us; the willingness to question ourselves allows us to evolve and tackle new challenges.

My representative roles in Confindustria and Federmeccanica bring me into dialogue with businesses and institutions about manufacturing prospects in Abruzzo and nationally. This exchange enriches IOCCO's vision and strengthens the connection between skills, research and industrial development.

For me, open innovation means connecting knowledge and turning it into practical solutions. I bring this approach to IOCCO projects: listening to needs, building lasting relationships and contributing to manufacturing competitiveness with an international outlook.”

People, growth and responsibility

Alessandra Petrucci

Sole Director & HR Manager

“I believe a company grows when people have the conditions to express their abilities. This means listening, recognising potential and supporting it with trust, training and responsibility. Skills go hand in hand with passion, curiosity and a willingness to learn together.

My community involvement reinforces a conviction I also bring to IOCCO: contributing means caring about others and turning that care into action. I want an environment where respect, inclusion and wellbeing accompany professional goals and everyone feels part of the team.

Leading a business means considering how decisions affect people and the local community. I approach IOCCO's growth with this responsibility: valuing everyone's contribution, encouraging dialogue and creating development opportunities that bring satisfaction and meaning to work.”

Collaboration and responsibility

Cosimo

Operation Manager

“I believe good work begins with respect for people and clear commitments. Listening to those carrying out everyday tasks, sharing priorities and addressing unexpected events together strengthens the team. For me, responsibility means being present, making decisions and caring for the work through to completion.”

Listening and trust

Angelo

Commercial DPT

“For me, trust begins with a willingness to understand before proposing. Every customer brings needs, expectations and constraints that deserve attention. I believe in transparent relationships and consistency between words and actions: this is the foundation of lasting collaboration.”

Rigour and ingenuity

Ludovico

Technical Manager

“I am guided by the search for solutions that make sense to the people who will use them. I believe in ingenuity supported by rigour: asking the right questions, comparing alternatives and verifying decisions. The satisfaction lies in turning a complex challenge into a clear, carefully developed system that is practical to manage.”
